Machining Oil Mist Exhauster

It is specially designed for the extraction of oil mist and vapour in metal working. As the oil water emulsion and cooling oil is widely used in metal working industry, it resulted in large quantity of oil mist and vapour which is harmful to people’s health, also harmful to production efficiency and even resulted in serious accidents. This model extractor can help you solve this problem. Sucked into filtering room, the oil mist was first filtered and arrested by the gas-liquid sintering screen (with PTFE membrane). After gathering gradually, under the gravity function, the oil slided and sank into the bottom, and flows into the oil bath and is collected. The rest small part of oil mist is absorbed completely by the special pre-effect filter felt in the outlet of filtering room, and also collected into oil bath. The exhausted air with odor is then furtherly filtered by the activated carbon. At last, the clean air returns back into working room. It uses three layers filteration structure. The first layer is the gas-liquid sintering screen with PTFE membrane, with smooth surface and good oil absorbing property, which can be cleaned repeatedly. The second layer is the special pre-effect filter felt. The third layer is the high-efficiency activated carbon which can remove the odor and harmful substance.
